WE HOLD SPACE

FOR EVERYONE

Removing barriers,
one breath at a time.

On the mat or beyond it, Small World Yoga makes yoga accessible to all. We believe transformation should never be limited by cost, location, or circumstance, and that everyone deserves a space to move, breathe, and belong.

Through mindful movement, we teach tools for healing, growth, and self-awareness. Because when one person finds balance, that energy ripples outward, strengthening families, neighborhoods, and entire communities.

I want to…

Nashville’s first and only nonprofit donation-based yoga studio.

When you practice here, you make yoga possible for someone else. Every class helps fund free community programs.

Outreach Programs and Partnerships

Beyond our studio classes and free community classes, we also offer outreach programs that bring yoga directly to partners across Middle Tennessee. Through collaborations with schools, recovery centers, prisons, homeless shelters, and other service organizations, we provide equitable access to the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga. These closed-group classes are not open to the public but remain a cornerstone of our mission, creating opportunities for connection, healing, and empowerment in every setting.
