Olivia is a graduate nursing student at Vanderbilt University with a deep passion for movement and holistic wellness. She loves any activity that encourages people to move their bodies with intention and care. Yoga has been a grounding practice for her, supporting both her physical health and mental well-being through the demands of graduate school. Olivia believes yoga is truly for everyone, regardless of experience, flexibility, or background. Her teaching focuses on creating a welcoming, supportive space where students can connect with their breath and bodies. Through yoga, Olivia hope to help others build strength, balance, and mindfulness both on and off the mat.
