Meet one of our newer teachers – Elam Mangum Freeman! Elam joined SWY after attending the annual International Day of Yoga event on Nashville’s Riverfront this summer. Since last fall, Elam has been teaching at the @nowatnpl Hadley Park branch! Her favorite aspects of teaching for SWY are helping guide people to do things they thought they were never capable of and integrating the physical and mental yoga practice into everyday life.
