Taylor first discovered the healing power of yoga in 2017 and found it was the perfect outlet for stress from her intense job as a pediatric cardiac ICU nurse. She moved to Nashville in 2020 and continued to grow in her practice. She graduated from teacher training in 2023 and has been loving sharing yoga with others. She loves the free and creative aspects of teaching vinyasa and the calming effect yoga has on the mind. Taylor is beyond excited to begin teaching for Small World Yoga and bringing yoga to spaces outside of the typical yoga studio. Taylor hopes you leave her class with your heart open and your sprit free.
