Swapnil completed her teacher training course from Sivananda Gurgaon, India in February 2023. She has been practicing yoga for three years and got trained in teaching Sivananda style hatha yoga (RYT-200) last year. Swapnil is also a marketing professional and has worked in corporations like Amazon & Shell for fifteen years. She recently moved to the US and is looking for volunteering opportunities.
