Sabrina believes that a good yoga class can help make space in your life for laughter, joy, peace and power. She began practicing yoga in earnest almost three years ago, after more than two decades of intermittent practice. She is RYS 200-hour certified and is eager to share the gift of yoga with others. With two children who have successfully grown and flown, she spends her time outside of yoga hanging out with her husband and rescue dog, Alice Jo, and working with consulting clients around issues related to energy efficiency and energy burdened populations.
