Robin moved to Nashville, from Los Angeles, in 1986 and has been practicing yoga off and on since 1998. She learned the Baptiste Power Yoga method and received her 200-hour certification in April 2023, after making the decision to become a teacher and share the powerful healing benefits that yoga has on the mind, body and spirit. She has practiced different styles of yoga and has personally experienced the positive life-changing, transformative, and healing benefits of yoga and meditation.
When she’s not on her mat, Robin enjoys kayaking, hiking, camping, reading, gardening, cooking, star gazing, spending time with her daughter, McKenna, traveling the world with her husband, Chuck, and playing with their dog, Juno.
