Rebecca Lesesne grew up in North Carolina and took her first yoga class in 2005. However, she really connected with her practice in 2014 when it helped her to get through some difficult life changes. She completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2015 in order to connect more with her own practice, and in the process discovered her love of teaching and sharing knowledge of yoga and mindfulness with others! Rebecca is a social worker and finds joy in making yoga accessible to others, both in and out of the studio. In her spare time, she loves to play with her dogs, spend time with her wife, and travel the world.
