Madison found yoga when she moved to Nashville nearly three years ago. She was a recent college grad looking for who she was outside of being a student, daughter, employee, etc., and she was trying all sorts of things! Yoga and Madison quickly stuck as she found it was the thing that has made her feel the most empowered in her own body. Madison quickly connected to one of her teachers and when she learned of a training she was helping to facilitate, and she knew that was something she wanted to be apart of. For Madison, yoga has been about discovering her strength and power, and being able to find herself on and off the mat.
