Kristen is a Vinyasa-focused yoga instructor who creates grounding, breath-led classes designed to help students build strength, find balance, and connect more deeply to themselves. With over 15 years of personal practice and a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification from Sanctuary Yoga in Nashville, she guides students through intentional flows that honor both movement and stillness.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Kristen brings a thoughtful, compassionate energy to her teaching. Off the mat, she enjoys decorating custom sugar cookies, riding horses, and hiking—creative and restorative outlets that inspire the calm and focus she brings into every class.
