Kelsey started benefiting from physical activities like yoga and hula-hoop dancing in 2015. After experiencing a significant decrease in stress, relief from chronic back pain, and newfound mental strength, she was hooked. She loves to dance and practice yoga in nature. Kelsey recently graduated from the 200-hr teacher training with EmPower School of Yoga. Now she is teaching and supporting Small World Yoga’s vision through the Connection Crew. Kelsey is grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow as a teacher. She is always a yes for yoga, creative expression, and for you!
