I was introduced to yoga right after college. I immersed myself into my practice over the last 2 years after a running injury. Yoga has helped me understand and work through loss and grief. Yoga has healed my spirit as much as my body.

I knew I wanted to give back to my community and teach yoga within months of revisiting my practice. I am a 200 RYT instructor with a passion for Vinyasa flow, hot yoga , nutrition and living mindfully.

My approach to yoga is one of full acceptance of each student and their abilities. I create a class with a focus on strength, flexibility and release. In my class, we will move, breathe and let go.
