Jill Anderson

Jill came to yoga in 2007 as a stress release while working on her Ph.D., and she never left. She completed her 200hr training at Kali Yuga Yoga in East Nashville in December 2018. To Jill, yoga is all about balance and taking the momentary fluctuations of the mind, body, and breath into account, and while she loves practicing hot yoga most (Barkan, Hot 26, Baptiste) she enjoys teaching more restorative methods. Guiding practitioners into the most important pose –savasana–is the more rewarding experience.
