Danielle has been practicing yoga since 2012 when her mom brought her to her first yoga class on a summer break from college at Vanderbilt. From the very first class, she loved the practice and couldn’t get enough of it. She loves how there is always more to learn and something new to try.
She completed her 200 hour teacher training at Shakti Power Yoga in 2022 and is excited to empower students to make this practice their own. Yoga has helped her to find more balance and listen to her body, and she strives to help others do the same and feel their best!
