Brooke’s yoga journey started long before she knew the word existed. She was born in a little stone house tucked amongst the wild things in The Great Smoky Mountains, TN. Naturally, she too is a wild thing. With the forest as her playground and its creatures her companions, Brooke learned the art of being fully present. To this day, she uses nature as her greatest teacher and core inspiration.
Her mom introduced her to asanas when she was young, but it wasn’t until 2019 that Brooke adopted a deep personal practice. In 2021, she quit her career job and moved to northern Thailand to teach local teens ESL while studying Buddhism. In 2022, Brooke became a 200-hour vinyasa and hatha teacher at One Yoga, Koh Phangan.
Yoga helps Brooke regain balance. She seeks to give others this same feeling of unity from within.
