Brooke Breeden

Brooke graduated with her 200-hour RYT in 2025 from Baptiste Power Yoga Nashville and started working at Small World Yoga shortly after. She’s been practicing yoga for 15 years and discovered the true mind and spiritual healing yoga can offer when a new studio opened near her home a few years ago. The practitioners there are exceptional and ignited a true love and passion for hot power yoga. Brooke not only saw positive changes in her body but also in mental calmness and healing on and off the mat. The mind, body, and soul transformation she saw in herself created a strong desire in her to share the same healing with others. Brooke believes that yoga is not about perfect poses or perfect bodies. Yoga is about feeling, releasing, remembering and using mindful movement, breathwork, and space for stillness that allows one to shed the layers that no longer serve them and rediscover the truth of who they are.
Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, Brooke welcomes you exactly as you are and encourages you to meet yourself there, again and again. Let’s move, breathe, and come home to ourselves, together. When not in the studio, Brooke is a wife to her best friend and mother of five adult children and two beautiful boxers! Her hobbies include the study of herbal remedies, essential oils, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
