Brittney is a certified yoga instructor and a Lead IT Financial Analyst, balancing a structured, analytical career with a passion for movement and mindfulness. Like many people, she was drawn to yoga during a time when she needed to slow down and find balance—and it quickly became a meaningful part of my life.
Yoga has helped Brittney build both physical strength and mental resilience, and she loves sharing that with others. My classes are designed to be approachable, supportive, and inclusive, creating a space where students can show up exactly as they are.
