Ali Wolf

Ali fell in love with yoga in high school while tagging along to vinyasa and Bikram classes with her mom. Yoga has been a consistent and meaningful part of her life ever since. As a former dancer and cheerleader, Ali was initially interested in taking classes to be fit and flexible. Over the years, practicing yoga has helped her manage stress and stay present as a college student, a TV news reporter and a new mom! Ali has enjoyed practicing yoga in every city she’s lived in, from San Diego and San Francisco to NYC.
A storyteller and journalist at heart, Ali is passionate about connecting with people and believes in Small World Yoga’s mission of making yoga accessible to all. Ali believes yoga and movement should be fun! Her teaching style is high energy and low pressure. Expect to flow, have fun and feel challenged mentally and physically.
Ali holds a 200-hour certification in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Off the mat, Ali is usually exploring the best playgrounds and walks in the Nashville area with her husband and two young daughters.
